The 3-minute-39-second composition forms part of First Light, the opening chapter of a three-part narrative exploring the human journey through childhood, adulthood, and legacy.
Based in Milan, Richard Green spent 11 years in London, where he earned his music degree and developed the versatility that has become a defining characteristic of his artistic identity. Since his first release, Dark Horses (2020), Green has consistently explored different musical styles, refusing to be confined to a single genre.
With Age of Dreams, Green turns his attention to the innocence and limitless imagination of childhood—the period of life when possibilities seem infinite and dreams feel within reach. The composition reflects on that precious state of mind, while subtly acknowledging how easily that sense of wonder can become distant as we grow older.
